They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them.

The office is fine, the staff is very nice. I saw the doctor at my first appointment, before my procedure and never again. The first visit she was very no-nonsense, although stepped out of the room to take an OB call and left the door wide open while I was on the table. OB is her priority, period. Nice enough person. I'm ISO another provider tho.

Dr Fillmore may be good doctor, but she has no personality. She did not introduce herself to me or say hi to me the first time I met her. And I had to see the nurse practitioner twice before I was permitted to see the doctor. She gave me the impression that my questions were stupid. She didn't tell me what she was doing and didn't tell me the results of things. She did not even have my chart, just a piece of paper to take notes on. Very unprofessional. On the other hand, her staff is excellent. The NP is great and the receptionist is the nicest, friendliest receptionist I've ever met.
