There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

I will definitely recommend them to people I know. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. I wasn't pressured at all to use any particular medications or birth controls. They answered all my questions and gave me their honest opinion on what would work for me and what wouldn't.
