I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. The office was easy enough to find. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I drive from Memphis area to see Dr. Cruz in New Orleans; it works! He saved my lived by recovering my kidness funtion.
