The staff seemed very well versed in insurance matters and was very accommodating in terms of meeting their patients' needs. They definitely have the feel of a family doctor that you got many years ago. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.

I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help.
