I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.
