I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best.

Their staff is friendly and welcoming. They are so professional and make the whole experience that much better. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if needed. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I've waited longer at other offices. Dr. Cooke has treated my husband over a period of several years and we would not trust any other neurologist for his care.

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
