They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.

My appointment felt a little rushed - except for the greater than 2 hour wait to see her because she obviously overbooks her patients. I do not agree with the way they do business here.. I have to take a toxicology screen nearly every time I visit because the doctor doesn't believe me when I tell her that I am only taking the meds she prescribes and when I refuse, they get snippy. The nurse, after I refused the last one, told other patients she was taking for the urine screen that the test was simply a urine test to ensure that the medications prescribed were not interacting improperly with their kidneys. Even when I refuse, I have to go back and tell them that they charged my insurance for a test I never took and they got snippy about that. I am finding a new neurologist.

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
