I came to Dr Pontell for a rhinoplasty and chin implant. Dr Pontell was extremely friendly and helpful answering all questions as well as providing a comprehensive view of what the end result would look like. During and after the procedure Dr Pontell was extremely positive and reassuring that everything went well. All staff were very kind and easy to work with throughout the process. I feel very confident with Dr Pontell's work and would highly recommend him to others interested in a similar procedure. Even with swelling directly after the surgery the results were unbelievably remarkable!

Due to old boxing injuries to my nose created some breathing problems and visual changes to my nose, so I decided to have rhinoplasty done. My consultation with Dr. Pontell went great. He clearly explained what needed to be done to obtain the results I was looking for. As well he was very polite and professional during the process. After speaking with Dr. Pontell i felt comfortable to follow through with the procedure, but who really made me feel that I made the right disicion with Dr. Pontell was his receptionist Cathy she could not of been more friendly and personable. She made me feel extremely comfortable and confident in using Dr. Pontell for my rhinoplasty procedure. I do not know if I would of followed through with my surgery if it wasn't for her. The surgery went well also. Everyone at the surgical center was also polite and professional. I am now two weeks post operation and so far immensely happy with the results. What I wanted is exactly what I got. I will be recommending Doctor Pontell to everyone I know who is looking for any services he provides. My only complaint is not getting better pain meds after surgery. The T3 really did not do a lot for my pain .

I have been going to Dr. Pontell for a few years for Botox and I have been extremely pleased with the results. Dr Pontell is meticulous with his placement of the Botox which is very important to achieve excellent results. I recently had Ultherapy done and Dr Pontell applied the ultrasound therapy with exact precision to my entire face and neck. I saw immediate results and after 2 months the results were even more apparent. I saw tightness in my neck area and my entire face looks less tired. There has been tightening throughout. Fine lines have disappeared. My friends havr noticed and have asked me what skin care products I have been using. I was extremely happy with the results. I highly recommend Dr Pontell for any cosmetic procedures you are considering.

Always so happy to see Dr. Pontell and his staff. He is so professional, so precise, and makes me feel very comfortable. I know I am in the best hands with him. I once had a question for him over a weekend about my aftercare, so I emailed him, and he himself responded almost immediately. I will never go to anyone else for my care!

I think that Dr. Pontell was wonderful! He is friendly, skilled at his work, and a very kind human being. At 12 years old I had otoplasty. I loved my new look thanks to Dr. Pontell. I am now 14 years old and my sister and I both had otoplasty done and we are extremely happy with the results. We both feel excited and our confidence has greatly increased thanks to Dr. Pontell.

I received a rhinoplasty, and this was my first surgery. The whole experience was amazing, and so much easier than I thought. The procedure is ultimately pain free and makes you feel so much more comfortable in yourself. Dr. P is the best around and really perfects the nose. The staff and office makes the experience easy. I would not go to anyone other than Dr. P. I have wanted to do this for a long time and this is the best decision I have made.

Dr. Pontell was awesome throughout the whole experience of my rhinoplasty. He answered all my annoying and crazy questions and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. I love my nose even more now than I did when I saw what it would look like on the computerized imaging. The healing was at most an annoyance with barely any pain, and I cannot speak more highly of Dr. Pontell!
