Dr. Anderson is alright but the office itself has much to be desired. They treat people rudely and screw up you billing. The office has multiple parts and you are billed separately and then when you try to pay and give them the account number they still apply payments to the wrong account.

The staff is very rude and you are not allowed to sit on the chairs or even be in the atrium area if you arrive early for an appointment. They try to say it is the fire marshal that makes these rules but I called them and there is no such rule. Obviously it is not like that at any other clinic I have ever been to.

Unprofessional and disrespectful. After my initial appointment lasting 2 hours and 20 minutes most of which was spent waiting and “trying” to communicate over the phone with various staff, I cancelled the scheduled procedure. I would rather deal with pain a little longer than this office. Not only did staff talk bad about my previous doctor and my insurance company; they did not seem interested in listening to me, reviewing my history or my pain relief. I got the feeling they just wanted to bill my insurance for whatever they could. The only reason I was going here was my other doctor is no longer “in network” after this treatment I will pay the out of network cost if my insurance does not approve an out of network referral.

I cant even get an appointment!!! All referral forms have been sent, I have received my copies but they have not called me and the ONE "scheduler" doesn't answer her phone or return calls ! I have left two messages and have not been called back !

Love Dr. Anderson! He understands the various descriptions of pain I present. He actually reviewed my MRI and PCP notes right in front of me. He explains tests results and procedures thoroughly in language I can understand. I did not have to convince him I needed a second injection, nor did I have to have more tests, I was able to schedule right away. Dr. Anderson has a great sense of humor which is refreshing in a medical care provider. I would (and have) highly recommend him.

Waited an hour and a half in a room and was not seen. No one came to update me on when the Dr would see me. My appointment was first thing in the morning, no reason to wait so long and not communicate with patients. This was my second visit, had the same experience at my first visit.
