Anyone's life can be filled with constant and unexpected encouragement if he makes up his mind to do his level best each day. Dr. Abayev is that God-sent doctor who has given me that unexpected encouragement to believe that I can cure the painful torn meniscus of my knee myself just by following his directions. I had given up and was thinking to go for the knee replacement surgery until I met Dr. Abayev. His small office didn't impress me at first but it was full of patients with hope. One by one I saw patients going into his office with pain and coming out with an ear to ear grin. When asked, they said they were pain free. All it took was a 10 minute visit into his small office. I couldnt wait for my turn. I wanted to feel the same like others. And then, it was my turn. I couldnt believe the way I felt when I came out. For the first time I was able to go up and down the stairs without saying "ouch." I cried as I sat in the car. It was an emotional experience for me. When everyone had given up, Dr. Abayev came through. Even though his office is small, he has a big heart with which he devotes his time and energy to his patients day in and day out. All of sudden my mom was in pain really in pain both of her knees. My mom was told that she needs bilateral knee replacement. she got the synvics injection last year 2009.The pain was gone for six months.Her pain came back and doctor told her the same thing.She went to physical therapy and took many inflammatory medications but nothing helped her.She was in pain and I said its enough because I couldnt bare my moms pain so I got the health insurance book and looked through the list of doctors to find a different pain management doctor. "Guess who picked up Dr.Boris Abayev Oh my god a doctor picks up and takes all his time to speak with a patient. It has never happend to me because this was the first time in my life to see a doctor really really care and listens to you wow its incredible. I took my mom to Dr. Boris and he took all his time examined her and he said within 3 visits my mom will be pain free and she does not need any surgery or Knee replacement. It was true within 3 visits she has no pain and both knees are fine. Thanks to this wonderful caring doctor Dr.Boris Abayev God Bless you and I hope all your needs are fulfilled. I am Svetlana Mordukhayev, a patient of Dr. Boris Abayev. I would like to thank Dr. Abayev for being able to effectively treat me with out any surgery. I would like to tell you a little bit about an incident that I had with my leg in 2008. One Sunday morning as I was preparing breakfast I suddenly got an excruciating pain in my right knee. At that point I couldn’t even move because the pain was so unbearable. Shortly after I was taken to Mount Sinai hospital emergency center. I was given a shot to relieve the pain. Then an x-ray was done on my knee and I was told that the x-ray showed nothing wrong and that basically nothing could be done and I was sent home that day shortly after that. Since then another day went by and I was still laying in bed unable to do anything. Feeling frustrated about not being able to move and missing out on work, my husband and I started to call our friends and family to get some guidance. Fortunately, one of our friends recommended Dr. Abayev. To our astonishment after two visits to Dr. Abayev the pain was practically gone and I was back to work that week.

I feel it is very important to stress the efficacy of his treatment in hope it will be helpful to other pain sufferers out there who might be putting up with nagging pain, when there is no need to do so.
I have been suffering from lower back pain for at least five years as a result of injury in my job as a computer network system installer ; a job that required some heavy lifting. For the past five years i had all kinds of treatments including physical therapy,massage therapy,acupuncture in order to alleviate the pain with no result. But after just two weekly visit with Dr. Abayev the pain has 100 percent dissipated on the left leg including the pain in the back, the knee and the burning sensation around the ankle. I would like to reemphasize that I am one hundred percent pain free on my left leg. I still can' believe how Dr Abayev was able to resolve a problem within such a short time that many other physicians and specialists , couldn't do in over five years. All the fellow patients that I have met at Dr ABayev's office share my sentiment: that this is the best treatment method for their problem
I think it's very important for Dr. Abayev to be recommended for this accomplishment in the hope that others will be aware of his method and benefit as well. Living with pain rob you of the simple pleasures of life and no one should have to live with it.

I met Dr. Abayev for an injection treatment after more than twenty-five years of suffering with chronic lower back pain due to two herniated disks and sciatica. I walked into his office with pain. We discussed my condition, his treatment, proper exercise, and the avoidance of artificial ingredients and preservatives in food and other foods that contribute to pain. He read an MRI of my lower back I had shown him. He examined my back and located the exact are where my pain was. He administered an injection in the muscle near the nerve that was causing my pain. He directed me to walk up the stairs. I walked with ease. I was relieved immediately. I felt 85% pain free. I returned for a follow-up visit seven days later and was 100% pain free. I did not need another treatment. Dr. Abayev and I again discussed good nutrition and exercise. It is imperative to take his advice on good nutrition and exercise for together with his treatment I am 100% pain free. I follow his advice on nutrition and exercise as my part for my own wellbeing. If I ever need another treatment from Dr. Abayev he is available 24/7 via telephone and is available at his office whenever I may need him. Dr. Abayev cares for his patients and their health. Dr. Abayev's personal goal is to assure his patients remain pain free. I have tried every treatment there is for back pain short of surgery and thanks to Dr. Abayev, I don't need surgery and am 100% pain free after only one treatment. Stop suffering, taking pain killers, prescription drugs, and other treatments that do not free you from pain, but merely provide short lived tempoary relief. I personally recommend you consult with Dr. Boris Abayev, follow his health advice, exercise, and receive his treatment. I believe that if you work together with Dr. Abayev as an active participant in your own health recovery you will succeed in being 100% pain free just like me so you can go on living and enjoying your life as a productive pain free man or woman.

I have been having back problems for years. The first time I felt my disk come out when I was carrying a large TV. I was rushed to the emergency room. The doctor at the hospital examined me and offered me pain relief pills and made appointment to come back in two weeks to see the neurologist. I begged him to fix my back! He said that I would need one year of physical therapy and then if that did not work, I would need surgery. I was shocked. I was then referred to Dr. Boris Abayev who I was told was a miracle worker. I could barely walk and couldn’t sit at all. After a careful examination and explanation about how the nerve was pinched, he gave me one Lidocaine injection and carefully guided the disk back in place. He then asked me to rise and after a few minutes, the pain was gone and I was able to walk. I thought the area was just numb but Dr. Avayev assured me that the procedure was similar to acupuncture. After a year and a half, I had no problems. He asked to watch what I eat and told the problem could resurface if I wasn’t careful. After a year and a half of no back problems, I forgot and did some strenuous exercise. I returned only to have the same procedure done again. This time I will be more careful with my back. However, the pain was instantly gone and I was able to function like normal within a few minutes. Thank you Dr. Abayev. You are a miracle worker in every sense.

Dr. Boris is a very professional, awesome, great human being. God has blessed him, so that he in turn help all those people suffering severe pains throughout their bodies. My mother is 64 years old. She suffered over 10 years with severe back, neck, knee, leg pain. She had pretty much tried many alternatives with medicine, topical creams and nothing really helped her. Finally, Dr. Boris came along! With the first injection my mother started feeling 80% better. On behalf of my mother we just want to say "God Bless you Dr. Boris"! Thank you for being such a great human being. We look forward to seeing you until my mother feels 100% better. We will definitely recommend you to anyone who is suffering with pain.

Dr. Boris Abayev saved my life. Here's how.

Before:
In 2004, I became afflicted by terrible pain in my lower back and leg that came from nowhere. Little by little, it took over my life and I came very close to being disabled. None of the various doctors and alternative practitioners were able to help me. The doctors didn't even seem to know what to do. The only real help I got was pain medication, which I didn’t really want to take but in the end I was grateful for. I was only in my late 30s but I felt like I was 90. I couldn’t imagine how I could live if things got any worse. I felt like my life was over and I was just waiting to die. After being diagnosed with different things and getting treatment I didn’t need and that did nothing, I was told of Dr. Boris by another one of his patients. Four years in this pain hell had passed and I had no confidence in anyone. But desperation brought me to schlep to Queens and give him a chance.

After:
The first time I went to see Dr. Boris, I couldn’t believe that the wall of pain that lived in my in my lower back, buttock, and leg for 4 years was significantly (at least 50%) better, and almost IMMEDIATELY, from the first injection. What's better is that I could tell he really UNDERSTOOD my problem and so he could do something about it. He was confident that he could CURE me. I began smiling again and felt great hope.

I went back several times and gradually addressed most of the spots that were contributing to the pain. Dr. Boris gave me firm instructions about my diet that was somehow linked to this whole mess that has really helped me in many ways beyond the pain issue. He really cares about his patients and will give you a lot of time. He knows where pain comes from and wants you to be cured, not just “managed”. I wish more suffering people knew about him because I wasted 4 years, terrible years, with pain that could have been treated but no one seems to know how. Dr. Boris does so go see him. Its worth the trip to Queens.

Dr. Boris Abayev is an excellent physician. He is attentive and detail oriented. He says YES when other doctors say unequivocally NO.
- Dr. Boris says YES to taking his time in comforting his patients.
- Dr. Boris says YES to detecting the exact origin of pain versus giving up and allowing the patient to suffer in physical and mental anguish.
- Dr. Boris says YES to timely follow-up.

My mother has been under his care since November 16, 2008. She was in a bus accident over 20 years ago which affected her back, neck and knees therefore her mobility was affected. She walked in pain and it was especially difficult to climb the stairs.

After her consultation with Dr. Boris, he was able to find the various origins of her pain!

I appreciate his diligence, patience and professionalism.
