I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it and that they respond immediately to phone calls or requests.

Is this business handicap-accessible?
Not at all! There were barriers everywhere making it impossible for handicapped people to enter
Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office?
Extremely easy, and close to the entrance
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you?
Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed
