I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.
