Patient, caring, competent doctors who go above and beyond what you would expect. They will answer your calls (even at awful hours). There are many doctors within the practice (each one nicer than the next) and I've always been able to get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time. The only exception is on Sunday for some reason - only open 2 hours in the morning. They are supported by an office in Syosset on Sundays (but who wants to go there with a sick kid?)

Aside from the Sunday thing, they are great. Highly recommended.

Yes, they have a nurse practitioner or doctor on staff when the pediatrician is unavailable

You would expect a pediatrician to be kid friendly but they weren't at all. They were extremely rude and impolite. The restrooms here weren't that clean, but they weren't out-of-control disgusting. I didn't mind using them but would have preferred a cleaner facility. I wish they had been a little more respectful of my values and opinions on parenting issues. They were a little understanding, but not enough. Staff is rude and not in control of what goes on. They do not answer phones or return messages. they really dont have the patient in their best interest.

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
