Was this provider argumentative or easily angered?
Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
Was the waiting area spacious?
Yes, extremely spacious

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
Was this pediatrician able to answer all your questions about immunizations?
All of them! They also gave me more information that I wasn't aware of

I love Dr. Zaso! We started with Dr. Jetter and he came on staff when my son was 2 and we always went to him. So when he left to start his own practice we went with him (nothing wrong w/ previous Dr) because I just liked the way he took care of my kids. NOw, my youngest is 15 and we still go to Dr. Zaso. He is attentive, professional and awesome at what he does. His staff is always very friendly, accomodating and professional.

I have used Dr. Zaso since he opened his practice. He came highly recommended by a neighbor who uses him for her own children and is also a nurse - you can't get a better recommendation than that! I have seldom waited for more than a few minutes in the waiting room, which is divided into sick and well areas and is beautifully painted in a underwater theme.
His staff is very friendly and accommodating. They take the time to chat with you and make you feel welcome. I've always gotten an appointment for a sick visit on the same day I call. His nurses are terrific with my children, patient, kind and skilled.
Dr. Zaso himself is a wonderful doctor!! He's very well informed and not an alarmist. I've called him more than once in the middle of the night and he answered my call promptly and was pleasant and comforting. He was just as great with my children when they were babies as he is with them now that they're older. He has a sense of humor and is very compassionate. He never made me feel that any question I asked was foolish. I can't say enough about this 'gentle giant'.

Dr. Zaso is the absolute worst doctor I have even visited. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I definitely don't trust their advice. They're only concerned about themselves. When I asked for some additional details, they ridiculed me and said my question was stupid. I couldn't believe how rude they were. My child hated this pediatrician so much that we no longer see them. Their bedside manner was atrocious. They shouldn't be dealing with kids.
