Dr. Kellow is awesome, however his staff that work in the front and answer phones are less than helpful. It's a shame, but it's something we live in exchange for such a great doctor.

My whole experience at this office was above average and the staff and doctors are kind to my children. They were just fantastic.
Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

Absolutely. They make sure I am always able to be with my child at all times

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
No, they've never taken personal calls with me
Did this pediatrician have toys, magazines or TV's in the waiting room?
Yes, they had everything for kids of all ages
Did this pediatrician have bright, child-friendly examining rooms?
Definitely! They were some of the most child-friendly examining rooms I've ever seen

I love the way that they interact with both me and my child every time we visit. They always respect my child's individuality and make an extra effort to always include them. I love that they never over-treat my child, and only do procedures that are needed. I've heard of some doctors that will prescribe expensive tests for everything, but they've never done that here. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I couldn't believe how well-decorated and child-friendly their examining rooms were. It was obvious that they really cared about making children as comfortable as possible. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.
