Not at all. The examining rooms were dark and plain

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field?
Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. They are very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. Their waiting area is conmfortable and the wait period is moderate. If you have a baby you get attended quickly. The staff on the phone is always helpful and polite. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try, but theire service is good for everyone, I know they appreciate my loyalty and business.

Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need

Kind of, it wasn't unbearable but it was definitely loud
