I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. Not only were they unwilling to seek any sort of advice from anyone else when they didn't have an answer for me, they highly discouraged me from seeking anyone else's opinion. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.

They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. It was really nice to see how patient they were with first-time mothers. I've seen some other pediatricians get really annoyed whenever a first-time mother asks a question, but they don't do that here. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories.

I feel pretty comfortable at this place. I really didn't have to wait that long when i arrived to get the help that was needed. I really appriciate the fact that they have two waiting rooms. One for sick children and another for well cheldren. It made me feel comfortable to take my new baby to get shots, knowing that they didn't have to get exposed to sick children. I like the fact that they have a nursing room for mothers that are breastfeeding.
