They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

Both of my children have gone to Pamela Parker's practice, so I have known these doctors for over twenty years. They are excellent doctors. Because the practice has several doctors it is always possible to get your children in to see someone. They have even come in on weekends to see my children when they were sick.
