Doctor Tolbert is a friendly, kind, intelligent doctor. I've been seeing her for many many years. Her office staff is excellent. I would recommend Dr. Tolbert to anyone.

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I've been to a few different doctors, and they were definitely one of the best. I was very impressed. I am extremely happy with the way my appointment went. They made a huge difference in my recovery. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to have lunch right after my appointment. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.

My experience with this doctor was terrible. They were not willing to answer questions and the rehabilitation offfered did not at all seem geared to my particular problem. While the physical theraprist was very nice, I don't feel that she was experenced and couldn't answer simple questions or address the modalities and how they were releted to my problem. When I tried to speak with the doctor, she would only give general answers and wouldn't talk to me about my concerns and insisted that I make a separate appointment to see her rather than speak to me while I was there. When I called on the phone and askked for her to give me a call when she had a moment as I had questions about my care, I was told that I would have to make an appointment to see her and there was a swparate charge for this. At that point, I told the office that I would be changing doctors.
