The staff at Radiance was amazing! They were all very friendly, caring and helpful. The facility itself was well equipped and welcoming. I was taken care of very well and felt very comfortable throughout the entire process.

The entire experience was a positive one. I was given ample information to understand what I was getting into, and all questions were answered. I felt confident in Dr. Cherup's ability. She and the staff were wonderful from the consult all the way through the final post op visits. I had some issues with my insurance company afterward, and Kristy worked overtime to get it resolved. Happy with my results and with Radiance. Only regret is that I didn't do it sooner!

I have been coming to radiance (dr cherups) office for quite sometime. Dr cherup and her staff are extremely professional in all areas. They are very personable and make you feel at home. I've been getting injections for my keloids, and the results have been phenomenal to say the least. I highly recommend radiance to everyone. I'm glad to have found a place like this.

Thank you to Dr. Cherup for providing excellent care to me. After multiple C-Sections (2 bikini, 1 vertical) and an emergency appendectomy horizontal incision that went from my navel to my right side), I had attempted to take care of a sagging, tired body earlier through a plastic surgeon recommended by my gynecologist. The consult with that plastic surgeon was so demoralizing, I waited 10 years before consulting Dr. Cherup. Dr. Cherup and her staff were respectful, knowledgeable, kind, and most importantly - skilled. My incisions have healed well (thanks to the thorough instructions of Dr. Cherup and her staff) and the results of my procedure are well beyond my expectations. I wish I hadn't waited so long.

I had two procedures. The first one was to remedy a life long asymmetry in my breasts. The second one was to finish the results. I made the personal choice to spread them out over a year. My results are better than I hoped. I have a trim belly and quality, symmetrical breasts. I would do this again and I would recommend Dr. Cherup and her staff to anyone. They are a caring, class act!

I first met Dr. Lori Cherub in early August, 2014 after I had done a local search for a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to remove a sebaceous cyst on top of my head. Who knew what would transpire at my first consultation would ultimately begin a process that diagnosed me with high blood pressure, and the need for surgery to remove a malignant melanoma on my back. After a thorough first examination to detemine the course of action for the cyst removal, a decision was also made to remove several skin tags and two darker looking moles located between the shoulder blades on my upper back. Dr. Cherub quickly noticed that one of the moles did not look right and let me know that she thought there could be a problem with it. Dr. Cherub immediately scheduled, and performed my surgery. After about 10 days, I was healing very quickly and feeling pretty good, until i received a phone call from Lori. Dr. Cherub was right - the pathology report came back and showed that one of the moles was a stage II malignant melanoma and the other was showing signs of a similar nature. It was skin cancer and it was happening to me! I remember not being able to say much at our followup visit to discuss the course of treatment and my wife asking most of the questions. I kept thinking that I just wanted to do whatever I needed to do to get the cancer off my body, and as quickly as possible. Dr. Cherub was explaining in detail the pathology results and describing to me exactly what would be happening next. Before i knew it, Dr. Cherub was quickly reaching out to a colleague who was considered to be one of the best melanoma specialists in the Pittsburgh area. One month later, I had a second surgery to remove 3 lymph nodes under my arm and to re-excise the two moles deeper and wider down to the muscle. Ten days later, the pathology results showed I was "all-clean" and rid of the melanoma. To say it was a scary couple of months would be not be less than accurate. My wife, kids and family gave me the emotional support and love I needed to get through this health issue with a renewed emphasis that its important to move quickly when it comes to your health. Dr. Cherub and her staff at Radiance were also a tremendous support system with everything that I went through. The Cherub team at Radiance was in constant communication with me on everything that was happening and the followup was the best I have ever personnaly received from the health community. Because of Dr. Cherub's diagnosis, I am free of this melanoma and my blood pressure is now under control. Thanks to All.

From start to finish, my procedure was handled with tact, precision and care by both Dr. Cherup and her staff. Going into surgery, I felt completely comfortable and prepared. They paid attention to everything โ€“ from making sure my feet were warm as I waited to go in to surgery to giving me thorough information on all aspects of the breast reduction from pre- to post-surgery. Now, a year later, I am as happy with my results as I was with the experience. My reduced pain, increased confidence, ability to wear more, improved posture, and now-proportional figure are among the long list of reasons I am 100% happy โ€“ thrilled rather โ€“ with my decision to choose breast reduction at Radiance.
