They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. Dr. Birely is very professional and informative. I only wish I could have had more time to discuss my issues and the possible solutions. I will definitely go back for treatment.

They thoroughly explained both the procedure and the recovery process to me. All of my questions were answered and I felt totally prepared for everything. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
