I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.

I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.

Dr. Buxbaum's expertise sets him apart from the run of the mill podiatrists.
I have been using him for multiple foot problems for years. Although I now live in New Jersey, with abundant podiatrists, I take the car ride into Brooklyn when I need medical attention. He cannot be duplicated!!

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
