They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. I felt important as a patient and the doctor was always concerned about my health and well being.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long, and if I did it was because of my work scedual.

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.
