They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is friendly and welcoming and I was really looking forward to a nice visit with the Doc. That's where it got weird. I have to say that Dr. Bernstein is the chilliest practitioner I've ever seen and pretty much scored BIG on the chart of being rude. I used to cut his grass as a kid and we were neighbors. I tried to mention it to him because I figured he forgot, but he wasn't interested in me even bringing it up. He saw me for almost exactly 60 seconds and only made eye contact once - even when I was visibly unnerved by the pain I was in while he was dressing my broken toenail. Have to say that I won't be going back again, even though he wants to see me again in a month.
