They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. They provided a surgical boot for a metatarsal fracture. The boot immediately caused pain, but I was told I would could get used to it. I wore it for one day and my foot hurt more than when I went in. I called the office and got a recording that the staff was busy - leave a message. Hours later their receptionist called me and told me to stop wearing the boot and wear the surgical shoe. I told her I had not received the shoe because they couldn't fit me with their rather limited options. A silence ensued. I then asked if I should just wear my regular shoes and she said yes. I said I realized they were providing no treatment. She then said she would have Dr. Zaccaria call me. He did not. Basically, I could have skipped the visit. I feel it was a total waste of time and money

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.
