The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
