They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. I arrive early for my appointments but had wait times from 1 - 2 hours with others arriving after me to start their appointment prior to mine.

It was really loud in their office and it made the experience that much more stressful. It was a bit frustrating to notice a change in air when foot skin treatments occurred in a nearby room. They need to move to a quieter location. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. One of the first things I noticed about this business was that they were not handicap-accessible and offered no means for handicapped individuals to enter the building. There were barriers everywhere making it practically impossible to get in the front door.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem.

Their equipment was really impressive; safe, up-to-date, and well taken care of. They are nice and are attentive which may require a little more time. They should really allow for more time in between appointments to be as attentive as they are. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I know that they may not remember my name because I go, at most, once a year. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. The atmosphere is pleasant and the environment is friendly.

I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.
