They made sure every single question I had was answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. All my questions were answered. The office was very easy to locate. I've been going there for at least 10 years and will continue to go back.

Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
