Went to this office for almost 2 years with no relief for plantar facitis. Finally went to an orthopedic surgeon who told me condition was so bad he put me in a cast to allow the inflammation to heal. All the stretches I had been doing were just making the condition worse. HIs assistant never mentioned that a cast was even an option. Never listened when I told him just how bad pain was at the end of the day which is an indication that the condition is beyond stretching therapy. To add insult to injury, his office sent me a bill for $200 for a night splint you can get online at many different stores for $49.95 including free shipping! When I called to protest, was told the bill should have been for only $118 as Medicare and by back up BCBS had already paid $80 toward the bill!!! Needless to say, I told them they were crazy and that I wouldn't pay anything. So you can add insurance and patient fraud to their inability to adequately listen to and treat a patient.
