Other than having a receptionist who forgot to put my name in the computer saying I had arrived (sat in the lobby for over an hour) there were no problems. For some reason they always have "The View" on television when I have to wait in the lobby and that show is disgusting. But other than that, I don't think you can find a better podiatrist than Dr. Duggan. I had been to four other ones and he told me straight out what the problem was and what it would take to fix it. The problem I had did require surgery and he did an excellent job. What I appreciated was him leaving the decision up to me. He told me my options and let me decide. I would recommend Dr. Duggan to anyone needing a podiatrist.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. DR ROBERT DUGGAN DID SURGERY ON BOTH OF MY FIFTH METITARSALS BONES AND REMOVED THE INFECTED PART OF THE BONE. OTHER DOCTORS WANTED TO AMPUTATE MY TOES BUT IT WAS ONLY DR DUGGAN WHO WAS AGAINST THIS AND SAVED BOTH OF MY TOES. DR DUGGAN WAS VERY FRIENDLY, AND PERSONABLE ALL THREE TIMES THAT I WAS HOSPITALIZED AT DR P PHILLIPS HOSPITAL. HIS BEDSIDE MANNER WAS EXCELLENT. HE IS A GREAT DOCTOR WHO REALLY CARED ABOUT ME, I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE. UNLIKE MOST DOCTORS, DR. DUGGAN TOLD ME TO CALL HIM IF I EVER HAD A PROBLEM OR NEEDED ANYTHING, AND HE REALLY MEANT IT. I HAVE DEALT WITH HIM FOR OVER THREE YEARS, AND FOUR HOSPITALIZATIONS, EACH TIME HA HAS EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS.IF YOU WANT THE BEST GO TO DR. DUGGAN HE SAVED MY TOES WHEN MANY OTHER DOCTORS WANTED TO AMPUTATE.I AM PROUD TO CALL DR DUGGAN MY DOCTOR.

I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say.
