Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. Dr. Croft is a runner and understands completely the issues of trying to maintain your lifestyle, whether you are very active or not. He is patient, never rushes through appointments and clearly explains everything. I highly recommend him!

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

I was very impressed at the speed and thoroughness of everyone involved. Dr Croft solved my plantar problem with custom orthotics that genuinely improved my lifestyle. I resumed activities that I thought may have been beyond my scope of physical ability.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
