They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.
