Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. I thought Dr Vaughn is a very good doctor just could NEVER get me in and help me, and his staff(short bobb blonde) VERY RUDE. Like she hated her job.
