Dr. Jaffe is wonderful, but because of his extremely rude receptionist, who has an over inflated sense of her own importance, I will NEVER return. I have been a patient of Dr. Jaffe for years while he was in O'Fallon. He then moved to Chesterfield, and because I liked him so much, and his staff there was wonderful, I followed him to the new office because I really liked him. Ever since he's moved to Chesterfield, I get nothing but short, snippy condescending comments from the woman with the short dark hair, whom I believe to be "Diane". Yesterday was the final straw and I have already secured another provider. I am sorry to not see Dr. Jaffe anymore, but no one is worth putting up with such rude treatment, when I am paying them money. She is a clerk who believes she is a queen. I have another word for her, but I will not use it here. If I feel this way, I'm sure there are many others who do as well.

The doctors and their assistants are excellent. Both doctors looked at my ex-rays, considered the best options, and agreed on the procedure to repair my wayward toe. My experiences over the years have been with Dr. Howard Jaffe; it's nice that his son has joined the practice--he has an excellent mentor!
