Over booking is a huge problem in some medical circles with this being one of the worst. I have waited as along as 1 hour before walking out. I wish another podiatrist was here to compete.

The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. They are always polite and never use foul language. . I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. After following Dr.'s instructions to see a cardiologist and our family doctor, both of which approved surgery, the Dr. refused to return any phone calls. Then had his nurse call to tell us that he was not interested in performing any more services for us. Shortly after, he had the gall to send a bill, demanding immediate payment for all services that he had rendered.
