They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry

Not at all. It was obvious they didn't care about me
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
