I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
