Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

I don't understand what the person before me was saying. I can tell you that we started with the conservative treatment and worked our way through till surgery was determined to be the best alternative. Dr Leas can talk a lot. But he does inform you of everything ahead of time.The office manager is the one who schedules the surgeries. She too was very informative. I didn't have any questions after all was discussed and explained. The surgery went great ... yes there was pain. But his staff and his patience were great. Billing went well. They did want my copays paid up front but what offices doesn't ?

No one like to be lied to by their doctor, but a lazy doctor is much worse. How is it I go to hospital and they all think I torn something in my ankle, and that I need a mri or a cat scan. dr.Leas would not do any test what so ever. He read a report of the x-ray that came from the hospital and that was it. He also made the comment to me " well you can go with what I say or just say, he's out of his old mind and find someone else, I don't care either way." He said I need a boot but that my insureance wont pay for my boot because its not broke. He gave me a drug and I ask for pain meds too and he said yes. I saw later that there where no pain meds script. Then when I call I get the office MANAGER. I hurt myself in 1993 and have had 10 surguries since then, and with all those dr.'s and people , this MANAGER was by far the meanest, and by far the rudest personall all. One step more...she one of the rudest people I have ever had to deal with in my life. The front desk people are the great part of this story. two very sweet and nice etc. Thanks to you two ladies I came back but with that OFFICE MANAGER and this doctor I will never be back. My spelling tell you my education was bad, but Im worth more than this and smart enough to no when some people really just dont want to help you become pain free.
