It was incredibly easy to get an appointment with them. I didn't have to wait at all. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Not only are they the best rheumatologist I've ever seen, I think they're the best rheumatologist in the field. I would trust their advice over any other doctor's. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I was worried that I would be in a lot of pain during my appointment, but they made sure that they were very gentle with me and didn't aggravate my joints at all.

I loved that they took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment's risks and benefits. I felt much more confident going into treatment. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.
