I called to make an appointment in order to set up a new rheumatologist, as I have fibromyalgia & do not have a doctor in the area. I was told that since one of my symptoms was dizziness, I would have to see a neurologist. I understand that, and have no problem seeing a neurologist. . . the woman on the phone would not even make an appointment for me to establish Dr Geppert as my rheumatologist. Very dissapointing call to have my business turned away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 0 stars from me, but it made me pick at least one.

A little, but it was bearable
Does this rheumatologist give unbiased advice?
Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.
Would you refer this provider to a family or friend?
No, I wasn't impressed
Did this provider give you tips and strategies to prevent and reduce inflammation at home?
Not really, I was given a few tips, but not very many
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond
