I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. They are one of the most reliable doctors I've ever been to. They always keep their appointments, and even call me to remind me the day before. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I was shocked by how much they knew about the latest medical advancements and treatment options. It was obvious that they put a lot of effort into continuing their education. Dr. Stern knew what to do about my rare condition and even researched other professionals that could assist in helping me. He got me the best help in the rare condition I have which is hard to find.
