They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I'm going to recommend them to everyone I know. They were very understanding and respectful. They were friendly and made me feel at home. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
