The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.

Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all.
