I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. The only problem I had was with the front desk staff. The girl who checked me out was very unprofessional. She was not only on the internet and eating, but was also very rude to me. She was dressed poorly and looked like she had not brushed her hair. Everyone else was wonderful, but she left a very bad taste in my mouth! I will however continue to see dr coats as he and the rest of his staff have taken great care of me over the last 10 years.

No, but they said they were going to!

All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. The entire staff was very good to me at a very, very difficult time. They couldn't do enough and I called several times and were never bothered, just helpful and most understanding. Professionally, they are very adept but most importantly, compassionate and that can mean so much in the healing process. Can't say enough good things about the entire staff. Thank you.
