They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.

Dr. Hammer treats the staff with respect. He appears to have a good relationship with the both front-office staff members and the tech. He listens attentively to my concerns and respects what I have to say, responding pertinently and fully, soothing worries comfortingly but realistically .
The receptionist is friendly and helpful.
