Staff is very polite, knowledgable and helpful, office is very clean! dr. brookstone is an EXCELLENT doctor. i have been there twice to get a tooth pulled, very little pain, back on my feet in two days, tops. he knows all his patients and know exactly what he's doing. felt very comfortable there. highly recommended! =]

I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. My health insurance is well accepted EVERYWHERE (i used at least 6 times in the past 2 years), but unfortunately my dentist is not available for a few days and I was given this office phone number to get my dental treatment. The person who answered the phone never asked my name, i tried to explain how my insurance works but it was useless, the girl didn't seem to care, didn't make any efforts to find out, didn't want to contact the insurance company to make sure they cannot accept it, NOTHING.. Lame service, I'm a foreign student and it's bad enough being in pain when in another country but now I also feel like the indifference of certain "professionals" caused me more pain and stress for a service they'd be PAID to do. I'm very disappointed.
