I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I was worried that my procedure was going to hurt, but they were very careful. I didn't experience any pain, and I felt a million times better when I left. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I didn't have to wait long at all in their waiting room. I think I was in there less than ten minutes.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
