They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I sometimes have to wait a few minutes. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember most of my history.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often.

They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Did this provider ever postpone your appointment?
Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.
