Dr. Dodd is very smart and friendly, he makes one feel relaxed. The staff is professional, and make the experience better. I've already told my friends and family about this doctor. The chairs in the waiting room are not that comfortable, but that does not matter to me. The wait was of average length of time. Their equipment appeared to be advanced and modern.

when I called, I explained that I had NO insurance, they proceded to tell me that they needed a office visit then the procdure would be scheduled, they office visit was very expesive, and then no quote was given for the actual colonoscopy, I am on a budget and cannot afford the 1000. + that they were quoting there fore I felt that they were taking advantage of the fact that I was paying cash , out of pocket ! I am a male, over the age of 62.
