Worst office policies ever. Paid for the first visit before seeing the doctor. Paid for the biopsy before the proceedure date. Was told I needed follow up- they could fit me in, but I'd have to wait a while (guess his time is vastly more important than mine). Then the office called me to collect an "over-due" debt (for the biopsy!) that was generated less than 2 weeks ago! How can a debt be overdue and merit a call in that time frame? Unapologetic, rude staff. Couldn't talk to the office manager about this when I called - she was at home. No help, no apologies. No more of my business.
